Tim Hammond


Graduating in composition from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1995 with a first-class honours degree, Tim's professional career started as a composer in the world of ballet where he enjoyed seven seasons of his own original orchestral scores in London's West End. Working from a fully equiped home studio, Tim has composed and produced numerous TV themes and underscores for all the major UK and international channels. Alongside composing, Tim has worked extensively as a musical director for UK and international companies such as Bill Kenwright, UK Productions, Qdos, Queen Theatricals, LCB, Cirkus Arena, Live Business, Openwide International, Warner Leisure, RCCL, SAGA, HAL, and Dreamarts.


Tim is currently the General Manger for the Zeiler Media synchronisation library, where he oversees the sales, administration and strategic development of a high quality, versatile catalogue of bespoke production music. As a fully qualified teacher, he also enjoys tutoring private students and spending his saturday mornings working at the Leighton Buzzard Music Centre.
